About the Event

Orientation talks are offered in three parts:

1) Fundamentals of Zen Practice

2) Fruits of Zen Practice

3) Formal introduction to the Guiding Teacher

A book written by Ruben Habito entitled "Healing Breath, Zen Spirituality for a Wounded Earth" will be given to you after the first talk.

Please come in loose, comfortable clothes.
