Dear MKZC sangha member,
Blessings for the New Year 2018!
I look forward to continuing our Zen practice with everyone, with our Day of Zen this coming Saturday, January 20, 2018, at our MKZC Zendo at WRUMC.
Would like to invite everyone to a sangha meeting that will begin at 1 pm until 1:30 on that same day, right after lunch, to be held at the parlor of WRUMC (first floor).
Items for consultation include: a) election of new Board members, b) desirabiity/feasibility of a study group on a monthly basis, including most conducive time frames, c) possible sangha activities and initiatives (in addition to our regular sitting schedules) for this new year, d) other items sangha members would like to bring up.
We had earlier planned a sangha party on this occasion, but given the short notice, it would be better to have the party a little later, perhaps sometime in February. Will announce this as plans (dates, and location, etc.) are set in place.
