Orientation
All orientation talks are held at 6532 Hunnicut Road, Dallas TX 75227.
An orientation talk is offered each month to new students . It is usually offered on the first Sunday of the month from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. unless a sesshin or intensive retreat is going on. Please check the calendar of events before coming to the Zen Center.

Topics to be offered:
Fundamentals of Zen Practice and Fruits of Zen Practice
After three months of sitting with the center, the student will be introduced formally to the teacher and this will be done by appointment.
Suggested donation is $40.00. Ruben Habito’s book entitled “Healing Breath” will be given at the end of the class. This is also available for purchase at the MKZC Zendo bookstore.
