Bodhidharma Day Schedule (No frills zazen!)  March 4, Saturday

6:30 – 8:00          Sit
8:00 – 8:30          Breakfast
8:30 – 10:00        Sit
10:00 – 10:25      Yoga stretching exercises *
10:30 – 12            Sit

This half day is a practice of shikantaza (Just sitting) without any teacher or dokusan. Everybody sits facing the wall.  We will also try to practice the 108 prostrations * in three segments. (Warning…be sure to stretch before prostrating)

*Optional

Donations are welcome and breakfast items would be helpful.

3:00 – 3:30               Tea Ceremony
3:30 – 5:00               Sit/Dokusan/Closing
