8:40 – 10:10        Sit
10:10 – 10:30      Yoga stretching exercises *
10:30 – 12            Sit

Day of Zen Schedule

6:30 am – 8:00       Sit
8:00 – 9:00             Breakfast/Zen Chores
9:00 – 9:25             Break/Stretching exercises
9:30 – 10:00           Sit
10:00 – 10:30         Talk
10:30 – 12:00         Sit/Dokusan (Interview w/ Teacher)
12:00 – 1:00            Lunch/Break
1:00 – 2:30              Sit (longer walk)
2:30 – 3:00              Tea Ceremony
3:00 – 4:30              Sit/Dokusan/Closing

Suggested donation:  $35 and Cash dana for the teacher.

This half day is a practice of shikantaza (Just sitting) without any teisho or dokusan. Everybody sits facing the wall.  We will also try to practice the 108 prostrations * in three segments. (Warning…be sure to stretch before prostrating)
